- Arrival Time: Tables held for 15 minutes past reservation time
- Table Assignment: Management reserves right to assign tables based on party size
- Special Requests: Dietary requirements should be mentioned during booking

💳 Payment Requirements
- Deposit Required: Minimum R100 deposit per reservation
- Full Payment Option: Pay complete amount online for guaranteed seating
- Children's Pricing: Children under 12 years pay 50% (R175)
📅 Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 24-Hour Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled before 12:00pm Saturday
- Late Cancellation: Less than 24 hours forfeit deposit
- No-Show Policy: No-shows forfeit full payment amount
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
